Overall ratings
Business Class Side is a Different Lounge, and different in a very good way!
Bangalore T2 080 lounge – Horrible, the worst lounge ever. Disgrace to the airport. They have a manager who walks around to see if anyone is sleeping there and if he see anyone sleep, he wakes him up and ask them not to 🤣. Food is the worst.
Totally agree. A lounge unfit in the international terminal . It does not serve international passengers and wants only domestic cards. how many foreigners or NRI have a domestic card? wake up and close this , if he cant cater to overseas passengers.
I recently traveled through this airport, most of the international flights leave from this terminal. Lounge in this terminal let me down, most popular lounge access membership on global level is “Priority Pass” they still don’t accept that. Even the old terminal (terminal 1) elite lounge which does not accept regular members honor Priority Pass.
Traveller may be traveling from different city or state to catch his connecting flight. At the time I visited they were only accepting few (mostly Indian banks lounge access).
Ambiance is great but if they can improvise in service and facilities to international standards that will be great.
Unfit for the terminal 2. it is totally local not international.
poor to not accept premium cards in a location which serves more foreigners and NRIs
Too crowded and no place for Business Class passengers. As people with card access are all over the place and blocked the tables all over the lounge.
Not a suitable lounge for the business class passengers who need bit of privacy.
This is a lounge meant for ultra rich and wealthy individuals.if u approach staff with your petty “special” credit card they will deny you entry citing your flight timings.
I had a flight at 6:30 am on 21.01.2024.Staff , including a clueless manager Mr Jyoti, told me to come at 3:30 am.Entry is allowed only three hour prior to boarding time. Think about this, Ideally I should be at my boarding gate one hour before departure. So I can only spend maximum of 2 hours, less the time required to walk to my gate.
One major reason to enter this snooty palace is to have lunch/dinner.So ,now, as per their discriminatory policy, I should have my dinner at 3:30 am.It will require a special collection of dim wits to come up with this kind of impractical rule.Staff is essentially ensuring class distinction.
I get a feeling that they don’t want petty card holder like me to enter. They want that either you stay away or spent a good amount to enter. This “Rs.2/- debit from Credit card “system is meant only to fool us away. It’s not explicitly mention but they wish to exercise the policy of “Dogs and petty credit card holders stay away.”
My suggestion to everyone. Please avoid this place. You will stand in a queue for some moment and turn around from the entrance with sorry embarassed face. I can guarantee that only 1/10 will enter this place in first attempt.Remaining 9 will either wait foolishly like daily wage labourer or not return to embarrass themselves. This lounge successfully implements a classist policy and we can’t do anything about it.
washroom worse than the rest of the airport. No toilet paper and no soap. For someone traveling long distance, the lounge was a terrible choice.
