The private room for La Premiere passengers feels very exclusive with great food and service.
This place is terrible. The staff at the front desk where profession and welcoming. It was downhill from there. The place is small, worn, and shabby. The chair I was lucky to get had a ripped and worn seat. I believe there was only one person working in the lounge itself. He kept busy trying to clean and stock it, but couldn’t keep up. He didn’t really need to bother too much because the offerings were pitiful and rather grotesque. There we’re four beautiful Staub pans on the hot plate: two contained white rice and two contained a tomato-based pasta. It was not even bad French food. Besides that, there were some bags of chips and a cooler containing yogurts. Opposite the food was the drink station. It had a coffee maker, several wine bottles floating in the melted ice of the wine bucket, several coolers with a sad selection of canned drinks, and a disparate collection bottles of alcohol. There was water in a cooler on the side of the lounge. I ate a yogurt.
Terrible food variety, 1 type of sandwich and ramen.
Nice lounge with a lot of seating although it can get a bit crowded. There are a lot of outlets around. There is a Clarins mini spa with a couple of free offerings for women and men. You have to sign up for the treatments. Had a moisturizing face treatment and it was a very relaxing experience. There didn’t seem to be very many people using the spa.
The food variety was decent with food re-stocked often. One food item that I found weird were plastic packages of ramen (the ones one can buy for $0.25-$0.50).
The desk reps were professional and helpful, I was able to upgrade to Biz class, they took care of everything and brought all the paperwork to my seat so that I didn’t have to wait at their desk while they were working on it.
Overall, I had a positive experience at this lounge.
