Overall ratings
I visited the primeclass lounge before my flight to AMS. I was very disappointed by the low food quality (wrapped in plastic is understandable at the moment due to corona but it was mostly tasteless) and especially by the fact that even red wine was not available! I got a white wine because i asked but the glass was dirty. Staff is not friendly either. This lounge is fine if all you need is a soft drink and wifi but i can’t say anything else positive about it.
Unfortunately, this lounge proved to be a real disappointment, decor okay for a small lounge but there was only one toilet for females (totally inadequate for travellers who want to use the facilities to freshen up) and the men’s toilet was open to view from the rear of the lounge. A self closing door or screens would easily fix this embarrassing problem. The lounge is really let down by uncleared tables, no wine glasses available, water and juice glasses were too hot to handle from dishwasher, beer keg run out and not addressed for 2 hours whilst we were there, ordinary rolls and sandwiches wrapped in plastic, piled up in a non-refrigerated cabinet, fruit bowl with mouldy fruit sitting in bottom of bowl. Two rather unfriendly junior staff in attendance, obviously overworked and not sufficiently trained.
Buffet breakfast delicious.Attenddnts friendly.Look forward to visit again in the future.Previous reviews with one star must have done something.
Terrible cheap food (Chicken sandwiches and some turkish pastries with cheese) No Croatian food at all! Coffee machine is always broken…
Labelled a Primeclass Lounge, but would not accept Primeclass membership card.
The worst lounge ever. Unfriendly stuff at the enterance. Definitely not worth a dime.
The new lounge is a bad copy of the old lounge, which was crap itself
The worst lounge I have used in the world. Rude staff, cost over USD$80 each for some soup and stale sandwiches. I poured myself half of a beer before the keg ran out an no one would connect a new one for the 3 hours we waited, even after many people asking. Don’t waste your money!
Terrible, terrible, terrible…. there is nothing good to say about this lounge. Except that it looks “slightly” better,it is even worse than the lounge in the old terminal.
