    It’s not a 24×7 by any means. The daily fumigation maintenance window declared was 11pm to 2am, which itself is so inconvenient. You need the rest the most in this time window. How can you close the entire lounge for 3 hours?

    Also, now its 4:08am and still the resting section is closed. See photograph.

    So, what kind of service is being offered?
    At 2am, the rush was so much, that getting inside itself took 30+ mins.

    Food quality is good, no doubt, but I think that’s the least one should expect at such a luxurious place. Again the dosa live counter was closed between 3am to 4am for no reason.

    Overall experience is negative. Hope the higher management pays heed, as the floor manager doesn’t seem to be interested in their customers.

    I would like to thank Mr.Kailash working in the Encalm Lounge T2 Delhi.

    My diamond bracelet from my wrist was missing. I had left the lounge for the boarding gate when I suddenly realised my bracelet was missing. I hurried back to the Lounge around 30 minutes later and found that my bracelet was submitted at the counter.

    I had lost the hope but was really delighted when I found my missing bracelet.

    Thanks a lot once again to Mr Kailash.

    This is by far the worst lounge i have been to.
    The line to get in took forever. Once inside, you have to scan your passport in a machine to get a printed code for the wifi after 4 or 5 steps.
    Once inside, you have to fight for a seat, while the section on the photos is closed. I contacted the manager. he said that they were cleaning it, and it would open in 2 or 3 hours….
    The food was delicious though, and the staff is courteous.

    The Lounge was found closed on Wednesday at about 12:30 am as the fumigation was in progress.
    As per my opinion the process could have been carried out by barricading partially.
