Overall ratings
Overly crowded, recently implemented digital waitlists which is understandable but too many people simply just walk past check in because the staff is overly stretched beyond too many roles. Food offerings are ok, nothing special but not bad. Cleanliness can be an issue at times when tables are cleared but not wiped. Espresso machine has been down for what feels like a month (I fly through twice a week). Essentially everything comes down to not enough staff. Also no bathrooms within lounge but I suppose that’s more the fault of building planning.
