The lounge opened 30 minutes after advertised, they ran out of coffee and didn’t replace it (or even start brewing it) for more than 25 minutes after being asked about it multiple times, I had to leave for my flight without coffee. The food was ok, but such a limited selection and tiny portions (grits, 2 bites of egg, 3 spoons of yogurt, 1 bite of pineapple, or half of a cold bagel with butter) I felt self-conscious about the 7 plates I had in front of me to actually eat.
I definitely will fly Delta to use the sky lounge instead of anything in Terminal 3 and this again.
We were so pleasantly surprised that there is a new Centurion lounge at FFL. The food was delicious, the bar well stocked and it was surprising how quite it was with it being close to full. The interior design was fun and functional. Staff was welcoming and happy to be there. Loved it!
