- All passengers, regardless of airline and class of service, for a fee.
- Select premium customers and elite members departing on an airline served by this lounge (see Airlines tab).

This is the worst treatment I ever have been through in a lounge. Coming up with a priotity pass lounge card the lounge was not even half full. Even so the entrance was denied since other passengers seemed to be expected according to the staff members information and the deal with priority pass should be that admittance is only given if there is space available. I offered to leave the lounge in case it really would become full. Prior to our boarding my flight (leaving from A1) I checked again and still the lounge was half full. This is no way to treat passengers and valid agreements with other companies. Also there is no sensibility for the situation and asking for the manager I was refused to get in contact with him/her stating that nobody was in charge. This is ridiculous!!!
