Overall ratings
Returned from BJL 5 Feb 19. The usual First Class Lounge (upstairs) is currently being refurbished (completion date unknown) All or most of the furniture has been crammed into a very small space which resulted in some people having to climb over chairs to get a seat. TV or flight boards not working. 2 free alcoholic drinks per person, unlimited soft drinks unlimited tea or coffee. Small side plate containing 3/4 small slices of cake along with small basket of Pringles. Our Thomas Cook rep. charged us £15, last year it was £20!
Dont be fooled by the the Thomas cook reps! this is a rip off as they will take your £20 and tell you that you can help your self to snacks (dont exist) and get priority boarding (no you end up joining the back of a very long que).
Also you will have to pay for food which they don’t tell you either!!!!
