I was flying Emirates to Vienna via Dubai and Emirates doesn’t have their own lounge in Kuala Lumpur so directs their eligible passengers to the Global Lounge which is a great lounge.
The lounge was practically empty when I got there but it was very warm and there were some large portable air-conditioning units being used which one staff member promptly filled with ice which got the temperature down to a reasonable level.
They had a great selection of both hot and cold food items as well as a manned bar with barista made coffee which was nice.
As far as third party contract lounges go this is a really good one and I would happily spend timer here if I am departing Kuala Lumpur.
