    No service in the lounge. Person at desk confused with access cards and pass.
    All surfaces are dirty. Yogurt, croissants and corn flakes to eat in the morning. No cheese, no jams or sandwiches. Wooden spoons and knives. No plates. Crappy bathrooms.
