Greed is the death of lounges. Lounges used to be a perk of having to travel a lot but so many lounges will now are eager to accept payment to enter. The result is a full lounge with a long queue to get in and a long queue for food you would not pay for. This lounge is exactly that. And very little attempt to straighten up the chairs, tidy and replenish the food. It looks like the aftermath of a drinks party. Disappointing. British Airways should have higher standards as to which lounges they align themselves with.
I am Infinate Privilege card holder from an other bank and am very disappointed with this National Bank Lounge.
Cheap food. Rude staff. They checked passports for 19 and 21 years adults for having a soupe at a section reserved for 18+. When I protested, the guy came to our table and intimate me to call security. It doesn’t worth to come here to have to deal with bad food, crowded place and rude staff not to mention to be treated like dirt. The worst airport lounge ever!
This lounge is poorly organized place. There is limited room to even sit down, and the service from the people guiding you is lacking in professionalism. They seperate families, unlike other lounges, due to alcohol service. This is an inconvenience for children and parents. This lounge needs to re-evaluate how they operate and organize themselves in a more efficient and customer friendly way.
Great service, great food and very relaxed ambiance. Definitely would recommend if your flight has been delayed for a few hours.
It seems that they’ve fixed the liquor license, so there’s now an over-18’s end, with a bar, and a family area at the other end — presumably the problem with the license previously was the danger of kids seeing the bar, or some such.
Handsome enough place. Crowded. Poor choice of food, which goes along with poor quality (though stroganoff was passable). Beyond belief they didn’t figure out how to secure beer-wine-alcohol permits.
Very Nice looking lounge. Shame they don’t have a liquor license.
Very nice lounge, great service!
