Located at new Terminal C across the Palm Court, Plaza Premium Lounge Orlando is designed to cater to Orlando’s unique mix of families, business and leisure travellers.

Orlando being a family-friendly destination, the lounge has been designed with family in mind – featuring an entertainment space with eco-friendly toys and educational games for young children and toddlers, an interactive screen with a custom “turtle drop” game called Tasty Turtle Treats for older children, and in partnership with the Orlando Museum of Art, the Lounge includes a curated Orlando Storytelling Wall.

Business and leisure travelers can relax and work in a dedicated “quiet zone” and enjoy views of the tarmac. Thoughtful amenities such as a variety of comfortable seating options, luxury washrooms complete with spa-like shower facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi are available.

    Jessica and Will were phenomenal bartenders, food was excellent, seating was a bit crowded but that’s because they’re packed. Quality assurance was excellent and I believe that the Plaza lounge should have more positive reviews due to the caliber of service, cleanliness and genuine conversation offered. I truly enjoyed my experience and always do in Terminal C plaza premium lounge as I fly once a month every month for business. I will always come here and enjoy myself before my flight.

    Pretty poor lounge experience. This lounge is very small but the only one in terminal C (that I could find) so was very busy, and there is clearly not enough seating available. Staff working there were not friendly and the whole lounge was very unwelcoming
