Overall ratings
The lady who was helping us at the front counter was not very helpful and seemed a bit flustered when trying to look something up on the computer.
The food was terrible. For the price that people had to pay $32 USD, there wasn’t much options. It really smelled bad as well. Also, when did they start charging for drinks and items?? Luckily we had free passes. If you want to get your moneys worth go to other lounges across the country and international. Edmonton has always been rather sub par when compared to other competing lounges.
Small-ish lounge, small buffet, bar, two seating areas. I enjoyed the veg chili & rice and the tomato soup (both vegan, thank you). Some cocktails you need to pay for. One of the beers is on draft and no charge.
Very disappointed in this lounge. Very limited food, missing cups and cutlery, poor quality eat and drink. I guess the seats were ok.
