Rude, rude staff didn’t even know which passes they accepted.. not worth the rudeness. They should know their job
Terrible food options. Good luck if your flight is delayed – they will literally kick you out into the departure lounge rather than stay open until the flight is called. And they are incredibly rude about it. Would be bad if it was free, but to pay $59 for the privilege is disgraceful.
Absolutely awful, probably the worst lounge that I have ever been to. It could be very nice as the lounge itself is very presentable in the newish terminal. The food and drink offerings are very very ooor which is surprising for somewhere as nice as Bermuda
You can’t even get in. Suppose to be open but all customers are locked out. Only open for limited hours and even closed then. Waste of time. A lounge you can’t use.
The previous comment two years ago is accurate. Nothing has changed.
By far the worse lounge I have ever been to. The only food available was a selection of sandwiches which were dry and tasteless. However, the worse part was without doubt, the service.. We were getting the BA flight on Feb 14th and went in to pass the time. The person serving was very close to rude. She was terse, unhelpful and unpleasant. Having served me a G & T with old tonic, she replaced it grudgingly without apology or pleasantness. Avoid this lounge at all costs – certainly do not pay for it!
