Overall ratings
Friendly staff and OK snacks and drinks.
However this lounge is shared with another airline and when busy there is not enough space.
Moreover with young children in tow and no children’s area that we could see it became a problem.
One child spilt hot soup over himself and the language barrier also became a problem, luckily the child was not badly hurt!
We fly business class and use the lounge for peace and quiet. We have six of our own children so I am not averse to children but I do think they need an appropriate play space to keep them amused, otherwise some time soon there will be a serious accident!
