Qatar Airways Premium Lounge at Beirut - Rafic Hariri (BEY) welcomes:

Qatar Airways First Class passengers departing on a same-day flight.
Qatar Airways Business Class passengers departing on a same-day flight, except customers who upgraded from Economy Class and Business Class Lite (P fare) ticket holders.
Qatar Airways Guest Privilege Silver, Gold and Platinum members departing on a same-day Qatar Airways flight.
oneworld Emerald and Sapphire passengers departing on a same-day Qatar Airways flight.

The Qatar Airways Premium Lounge at Beirut airport is exclusively for Qatar Airways passengers. The following passengers do NOT have access:

Business and First Class passengers flying departing on a flight operated by a oneworld partner.
oneworld Emerald and Sapphire passengers departing on a flight operated by a oneworld partner.
