Overall ratings
Came to this lounge on a Sunday afternoon about 4pm, not packed and was comfortable, equipped with basic amenities, nice and cool.
During check-in at the reception, however, the staff (asian guy) was very unfriendly and upon scanning my card told me to go in the lounge immediately even though I wanted to wait with my husband to make sure his own priority pass card could be scanned successfully. Felt like I was 5 years old being told off to go back to my room for being naughty. Very unpleasant attitude from the beginning.
