Access rules
Both the KrisFlyer Gold Lounges in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 welcome the following passengers:
- KrisFlyer Elite Gold Members departing on a same-day Singapore Airlines flight.
- Star Alliance Gold Members departing on a same-day flight operated by a Star Alliance member airline.
- Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Gold Card holders departing on a Singapore Airlines flight.
- Virgin Australia Velocity Platinum and Gold members departing on a same-day flight Virgin Atlantic flight (+1 guest)
- United Club members departing on an international Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members departing on an international Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)

Overall ratings
Gotta say in 2024, after these renovations, this is a pretty classy place. Everything from scrambled eggs to local dishes…this place sure is a great stopover!
Great facilities! Glad I had my layover here.
Bit of an insult to Gold card holders. The lounge has OK food and drinks, but no toilets or showers. I was transferring via Singapore and spend more than enough to have a gold card, yet I have to pay to use a shower elsewhere in the terminal. Changi is a major transit airport I was very disappointed.
