Overall ratings
We had difficuties to find that lounge when arriving with SQ from Paris.
Signs should by posted in a way one can follow them.
The lounges are on the next level and not on arriving level.
The lounge is spacious and nicely decorated. But I would not consider it as as one of the Bests in Asia. Even The THY lounge in IST is far better and more inviting.
Food is ok – I would say over average.
A variety of asian food options.
WIFI did not work at all.
Restrooms are a little bit HIDDEN but ok.
The lounge offers plenty of seating. Staff was always present and friendly. You can relax in comfortable chairs or go to the food-area and sit bar-style or at tables.
Huge selection of warm and cold food to cater all tastes. Good variety of beverages including champagne. Fruits and cakes.
TV, Flight-infos, free Wi-Fi, Business-center with more than enough workstations. Nice bathrooms with amenities.
