Starlux operates two Galactic Lounges at their Taipei home base. Opened in February 2024, the Galactic Lounge in Terminal 2 primarily welcomes customers flying to the United States, while the
Terminal 1 lounge welcomes Starlux passengers traveling to other international destinations.
The Galactic Lounge at Taoyuan airport Terminal 2 is small but well-appointed, and features an eye-catching “space age” decor with dark tones that make the most of the windowless space.
In addition to comfortable seating, fast Wi-Fi, and power outlets, guests will find a hot buffet, fruit juices, ice tea, Evian water, and a small selection of liquor and wines. Starlux also offers a small a-la-carte selection, including bagels with bacon and egg, ramen, and a fuhang soy milk set. Unlike the Terminal 1 location, the Galactic Lounge in Terminal 2 features bathrooms and shower suites. Large electronic baggage lockers are also available.
