Overall ratings
The friendly staff is the only positive. The lounge is small, crowded, with very little refreshments on offer. So far, the worst of any I’ve visited on my travels.
Save your money, give this so-called lounge a miss. Small, dark, with a sarcastic male running the place. Poor choice of food, just the dregs of spirits remaining. Nothing ‘topped up’ or refreshed until the stupid supercillious manager was tackled. No toilets either in or close by. Place needed a good clean and vacuuming, tables not wiped in the hours we were there. An absolute disgrace behind the reception desk which tries to emulate the upmarket lounges. This place is not even bargain basement and does the company image no good whatsoever. Close it.
The place is awful. Rude staff, needs updating. Go anywhere else.
We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who asked us to wait for a while and he would “try” to get us into the lounge. We have Priority Pass, Dragon Pass & Lounge Key. The rudest representative then came out and overruled him and completely undermined him. We were pretty much escorted out and asked us to go outside (the representative’s name was Celine Boudit). There was absolutely no need for this level of rudeness. This could have been communicated in a much better way. We were then told that an airline was coming in and they would be priority
Due to a lack of seating and with a long wait went this lounge. Cost was 120swiss francs for myself and two teenagers. Friendly staff but facilities thin. No toilets in area, no phone charging facility other than standard plug sockets. Fortunately staff at reception charged via their computer.
It was very busy. There was a limited food choice for late afternoon. Cereals, bread, mushroom soup and pasta with mushroom sauce – apparently tasteless. There was no biscuit/ cake to have with coffee. My nephews had nothing to eat as so limited so poor value. I had expected more in Switzerland and for the cost. Also no departure board so had to keep on going out to check on our delayed flight.
5th October 2017 at around 8:30pm. I can’t believe the audacity of the staff at this lounge. The lounge does not have their own toilet and I was told to go “the left” which I did but I could not find any toilets to the left, I went back and was told to go “to the left” again. It turns out that you have to walk left then across to the kid’s corner then around to the left. I told the staff at the desk that they should be more specific with instructions and I was met with all three women standing up yelling at me telling me I should “complain to the airport” and “I was right! you go left!” like hyenas about to rip my head off. What a way to treat your customers. I am a Priority Pass member and this is far the worst lounge I have ever been to. Not toilet on site, no manners, no food, just a couple of tiny biscuits and some drinks.
Awful lounge , awful staff who demand you sit where they put you ! We were 4 feet apart . Cold tasteless bolognaise and cheap wine was all that was on offer . It is absolutely dreadful , worst lounge I’ve ever been in . Please go elsewhere !!!!
