Quite possibly the worst lounge I’ve ever set foot in. We walked in and then walked right out. Far better off at the restaurants in the terminal.

Rude. This is Chicago for you. Of all the lounges I’ve ever been this is the absolute WORST. The owners of this place obviously don’t care because nothing has improved over the years!

Tiny, crowded, windowless, and dirty. Serves ramen noodles and tiny water bottles. Front desk is rude. It’s actually more comfortable to sit in the terminal.

Windowless, dark, and without any true amenities. Oh, a coffee machine. Whoa. Better than nothing but not by much. And rude service…

Absolute liars. We have flown out of T5 multiple times in the past year and are PP members. We are ALWAYS told that they are full, even though there are seats open. My wife asked when they will have availability and they said seats are given to first and business class only. This is a garbage lounge with rude employees.

It hasn’t improved. 3 trips through O’Hare in 2 months and same every time. If you are a priority pass member just bank on not getting in there. And the staff are woeful at best.

Not sure what else to add about this dark, Windows cavern. Allowed us to use PP, but have to leave in 1 hour. Extremely small lounge. NO. BATHROOMS! Terrible food selection. Small drink selection. Water is available, but only in mini bottles. Very limited seating and all chairs look terribly uncomfortable. Only a few wall outlets for charging. Swissport must be making a fortune on this lounge.

Small. Cramped. Horribly overcrowded. Basic food and snacks. Some alcohol. Definitely terrible.

We are priority pass holders and we were turned away. They told us the computer was down and couldn’t let us in. I called Priority Pass and they told me that they should have written a pass for us. Since that didn’t happen, he said he would call them. I sat on hold while he made the call. The rep from Priority Pass comes back online and tell me, they were full and couldn’t take more guests. Really????? Not the case. He then told us go back and ask for Joanna and she will let you in.
Now I just had to go!!!!
Guess what???? Only one other person inside, and no food or drinks out.
We sat by the door as to hear what they were saying at the desk. We watched about 20 people get turned away. All Priority Pass holders.

Rude service. I have been rejected rudely because the lounge was almost full and i was “only” a loungekey member and so not important enough to get in. There is more polite way to not accept people.

  • Mike

This is NOT even a business class lounge. If your airline offers this place as a perk….. laugh.

  • Boris

The worst lounge I haber ever seen. Thank you so much THY

  • Risto Nuutinen

Old lady at the reception desk was so bored to her life and work. Se was rusetti, throwing the card reader device in fontti of me, throwing my Credit card so that it fell to floor, I had to pick it up, no excuses, no sorrys. Se raised her voice to me “YOU CAN GO IN NOW!!” I told her kindly, that I have no difficulties to hear. She only mumbled something, which I ignored. Terrible behaviour

  • Jen Walker

Had a long layover and this lounge was the perfect place to wait, with food, drinks, Internet, and tv.

  • Patricio Aduriz

    Too bad,

Old Lady at desk did not allow me to use my Lounge Key card to access the lounge. She said they could take no more customers, but lounge was nearly empty.

    Poor management indeed.

All the basics are provided, but there’s nothing exciting.
