The following passengers have access:
- THAI Royal First Class passengers departing on a same-day flight (+1 guest)
- THAI Royal Silk (Business) Class passengers departing on a same-day flight (no guests)
- THAI Royal Orchid Plus Gold members departing on a same-day THAI or Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- THAI Royal Orchid Plus Platinum members departing on a same-day THAI or Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- THAI Royal Orchid Plus members at the Member or Silver levels, at a cost of 5,000 miles (+1 guest at additional cost)
- THAI or Royal Orchid Plus co-branded credit cardholders, at a cost of 4,000 miles (+1 guest at additional cost)
- First class passengers departing on a Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- Business class passengers departing on a Star Alliance flight (no guests)
- Star Alliance Gold Members departing on a Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- Star Alliance Gold members departing or arriving on Thai Smile in any class of service AND connecting to/from a same-day Star Alliance flight (+1 guest.)
- United Club members departing on an international Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members departing on an international Star Alliance flight (+1 guest)
Guests must be departing on a flight operated by Thai Airways or another Star Alliance member.

Huge lounge with nice interior but it shows its age. Plenty of seating on many different areas.
Selection of food is ok, but nothing special. Choice of beverages is average at best, no sparkling wine available. Wines and spirits can only be obtained at the bar which is at the far end of the lounge. Several self service station througout the place and one larger food buffet in the middle.
Business centre. Free wifi, but login has to be picked up at the front desk. Playroom for kids.
Huge lounge with nice interior and plenty of seating in many different areas and styles.
There is a large buffet area with good choice of food and beverages and some smaller self-service stations throughout the lounge.
Free WIFI, newspapers and magazines, playroom for kids, business-centre, flight-information display. Very nice restrooms. Passengers may also use the Spa area outside the lounge.
Huge lounge with plenty of seating in different areas. We were there past midnight so the place was quite empty.
Only small selection of food, possibly the late night version. Choice of beverages was ok.

This is the Flagship Business Class Lounge of Thai Airways and it certainly is a fine one. Huge place with nice interior and plenty of seating in many different areas. No apron-view, but more than enough daylight coming in. Lots of staff there to help you.
Again a perfect rating because there is a huge selection of warm and cold food. Choice of beverages is very good as well. Different buffet-areas and a bar with alcoholic offerings.
Free WIFI and an extra area with many workstations. Selection of newspapers and magazines, Kid`s corner. restrooms are very nice as well. You can also make use of the Royal Orchid Spa which is located only a few meters away from the lounge.
