Absolutely appalling. The slice of cheesecake with ‘raspberry coulis’ at £8 was the smallest leftover of a cheesecake I’ve ever seen with literally two drops of coulis. Waited for a cup of tea for half an hour in nearly empty place. Disgusting!
Camden bar & kitchen – Eggs Benedict was beyond awful. Very little sauce. Overcooked egg. No butter for the crumpet or roll it was on. Very very poor. The service also poor. Feels like the are trying to get as many people through the front door but then forget about service. Basic things like cutlery and glasses are difficult to find and get hold of. Very badly managed. Pity as it could be a great place if better managed.
