Overall ratings
Nice enough lounge. The breakfast food was awful. The French toast was hard enough to crack a tooth. The eggs in the buffet were dry. Nice to not have to sit at the gate, but wouldn’t pay extra to get in here if I didn’t have a PP.
Basic snacks. Limited non-alcoholic drink options. Was quiet and clean. Polite staff.
This lounge has food that you can order to your table as well as a buffet of snacks. Decent drink selection. They do not serve non-alcoholic beer. Showers were included.
Messy and gross. Floors near the drinks were wet and messy. Carpets stained and covered in garbage. Even the walls were dirty and stained. At least it was pretty empty around 6pm on a Friday.
but.. yikes… I’ve never seen a lounge like this.
Excellent service and amenities!
Amazing lounge. Staff very friendly and courteous. Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Totally feels VIP. Thank you.
Awful staff, incredibly rude upon arrival – lady answered her personal phone, then proceeded to serve two other families in the middle of me trying to access the lounge that I had paid for in advance. Staff inside quick to get rid of you. Made to feel very unwelcome. Food limited – soup, crudités and olives. Play area is a small box room with 2 consoles and TV. Not family friendly at all. Stayed 35 minutes. Made a complaint and the response was patronising and took no responsibility for the issues raised. They condone rudeness. Avoid avoid avoid!
Very comfortable lounge. Basic snacks. Became very busy. Barman was very happy to tell everyone that we were limited to three alcohol drinks per hour. My wine measures actually got less and less. The guy in front of me thought he was joking. The barman blamed the airlines….”nothing to do with me”…yeah right. I paid $35 to enter the lounge. Nothing to do with the airline I was flying with. E-mailed the lounge for a comment. Still waiting for a reply.
