Opened late March 2022, The Club at Charlotte Douglas International airport is the latest addition to Airport Dimensions’ airport lounge portfolio in the US, with locations at Seattle, Las Vegas, San Jose and Boston airports.

The Club welcomes Priority Pass holders (Airport Dimensions a subsidiary of Collinson, the owner of Priority Pass) as well as all passengers, regardless of airline or class of service, on a pay-in basis.

Guests will find comfortable seating, power outlets, fast Wi-Fi, and a selection of snacks and beverages.

    Better than nothing, but nothing great (or even good). Always pretty terrible food if they have it. Bartenders are never pleasant and can’t even pour a highball. It’s never been a very enjoyable experience. If nothing else, they are consistent(ly bad)!
    Space is fine and lighting is nice. Usually very crowded but wait list generally moves pretty quickly. Nice bathrooms within the lounge.

    Decent but tiny lounge. Another review said there was a reservation list but I had an early morning flight so no wait. It did get busier though as I was leaving. Breakfast was decent (omelette, yogurt, fruit, muffins). Bathrooms were very nice/clean.

    Long wait for very basic lounge with very limited selections. Last resort lounge for us: AA club MUCH better if you have access.
