Overall ratings
Upon entering, the lounge looks great: Lots of seating and food options, great design. Looking closer, we were disappointed.
At 10am, all of the food options were stale, to the point of gone bad, especially the bacon had already developed a sour odour. The food was changed to the lunch menu around 11:30am, which looked pretty fresh, but by that time we had to leave, thus can not judge on taste.
The drinks options were good though, plenty of soft drinks, water, juice, and a well equipped bar.
The seating area provides very few power outlets. The seats are pretty comfortable.
The one flight info screen provided only shows the next 16 departing flights which, in our case, was roughly 45 minutes prior to departure and thus even after the time you are recommended to leave for you gate – and neither the gate, nor the status was provided.
While through design, the lounge should be relatively quiet, there is a lot of ambient noise from the cooling fridges and the staff performing their duties, and there was some high pitched buzz I could not actually locate.
The staff was very friendly, but spoke very little english. We were offered some sort of messaging service – not sure what that was for..?
I would only return to this lounge if it was the only option available – and maybe not even then.
It’s a really nice little lounge. There was a lot of staff and they took away dishes quickly. Good selection was Thai food, especially given the size. They even had a masseuse going around giving people shoulder massages
