The View Lounge shakes up the dormant lounge scene at Brussels National Terminal B. Both Brussels Airlines and British Airways used to operate clubs in Terminal B, but both clubs were casualties of the COVID pandemic. The former Diamond Lounge, operated by Brussels Airport, was unremarkable.
Also operated by Brussels Airport, but much more attractive than its predecessor, the View Lounge occupies the footprint of the former British Airways Lounge. The modern, spacious, and airy club boasts hardwood floors, Earth tones, designer furniture, and—as the name indicates—floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the airport grounds and tarmac.
The club features comfortable seating with power outlets at arm’s length. Guests have their choice of traditional lounge seats, highly-private cube chairs, and semi-private booths with a built-in table.
Food wise, patrons will find a salad bar, a selection of snacks, a variety of hot entrees (beef and fish stew, Penne Arrbiata). Soft drinks, wine, liquor, are also available and all self-served. Naturally, the lounge offers a selection of Belgian beers including Stella Artois and Leffe.
The View Lounge also features spacious bathrooms, as well as two shower suites.
The View Lounge at Brussels - National (BRU) welcomes:
- All passengers, regardless of airline and class of service, for a fee.
- Select premium customers and elite members departing on an airline served by this lounge (see Airlines tab).

Overall ratings
Decent size, but it gets crowded nonetheless. The food is not bad, hot food for breakfast with eggs and meats, as well as yogurt, pastries, cereals. Standard drink selection with coffee, tea, beer, cocktails (make your own). Overall a decent lounge, just more space needed sometimes.
