Due to delays, we missed our connection flight and UA booked us on the very next one out of DEN, 8 hours later.
I was so thankful for the one-day pass...

The snack bar is a little bit like a mini 7-11. It has mostly grab & go items such as chips, cookies in a bag...etc. All items are individual wrapped even...

Not impressed... however Covid messed this place up. It used to have better food selections, so it's still disappointing. It's a good place to get away from...

Overall ratings
Overall, this lounge was just ok. Seating areas are varied. Lounge was packed on a Saturday at 4pm. Kids running around. People sprawling on sofas. Food selection limited. Pasta selection was cold. Paper plates and plastic forks only. Limited « free » drink selection. I usually go to the Centurion Lounge, but decided to try this one out. I will use this lounge again only if my connection is too tight to make it to the Centurion Lounge. There are shuffleboard tables. This only encourages improperly handled children to disturb the peace. If you want to let your kids run wild and eat cold food under oppressive spotlights, this is the place.
Wicked crowded. Had to fight to get a seat as a solo person but it was the Friday of a holiday weekend.
Food was decent for a lounge. The powdered eggs were hot. Free bar as usual but the line was 10 deep. Outlets near most seats. Lots of solo seat options
Pro tip: if there is a long line to scan to enter, look for the elevator. It’s signed but often overlooked.
New and really nice. Definitely the best United lounge I’ve been to. Staff was very friendly. As usual, hardly any gluten free food options, but I haven’t found a lounge that puts any effort into that. Salad bar was about as fresh and fully stocked as it gets. Was there to work in a good environment with unlimited coffee and clean bathrooms.
As my home lounge it is familiar. Big and busy most of the time but it is ok
Much improved after the refresh – huge multi level with more bar space, buffets, and a variety of seating. Ample natural light and plane spotting or darker corners if you’re looking for a nap. One of the best United clubs in network – second in my book to C123 at EWR.
The renovated lounge is great!
Huge 2 floor lounge, with every seating configuration for solo traveller, to groups.
Better food selection than most other United clubs.
I would call this a flagship lounge.
ONLY THING MISSING
Showers & Rest areas.
Worst lounge I have ever seen. Extremely worn leather seats and upholstered furniture. Stains all over the carpets, sticky seats. Tables are cleaned after 2 hours for the first time. Review is about East Lounge.
Renovations are much needed. Use the West club in the meantime!
