Grubby small lounge with mediocre service and worst beverage and food options at any lounge I’ve gone to thus far. Not like it’s “free” to enter – you get nothing for the pass. Old uncomfortable seating with very few options to charge devices.
Plus a wait of almost an hour to even access the “lounge” put on a wait list and waited until a service agent meekly called names to the 60 or so people waiting to get in. When you fit in there were a number of families with screaming kids.
Sticky floors- dirty tables- inedible food or you can buy food from a menu but if it’s the same kitchen that makes the “free” food who wants it
The downstairs is larger and less crowded. There is food for purchase only.
Went at 8am on a Thursday. Shower was unavailable and after ten minutes of being ignored by staff (nothing is self service) I just left.

I’m a simple man. This place was under construction, but the beer was free and the staff brought snacks. Not exactly a relaxing atmosphere, but much better than the crazy town outside
Very old furniture. Only use this lounge if other are close.
Ce salon ne vaut pas la peine. La nourriture est très médiocre. J’ai eu droit à un petit plat de pâte avec une petit soupe. Les agents sont très serviable.

The service was good for drinks but snacks were mostly non existent. The space is small and crowded. We will not return.
