Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of non-veg food options at the Zestro Lounge at Allahabad Airport. As a customer who frequently uses this lounge, I was extremely shocked to find out that there were no non-veg food items available.
I strongly believe that it is the responsibility of the lounge management to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of their customers. Not providing non-veg food options is a serious issue, especially when there are customers who would prefer non-veg food.
I kindly request you to take action on this matter and provide non-veg food options in the Zestro Lounge at the earliest. It would be greatly appreciated if you could also communicate your plans to improve the food options with your customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
