On the heels of the launch of their new service between Istanbul, Turkey and Stavropol, Russia, Turkish Airlines announced that they will be opening a network of international lounges. The first location, which opened this month, is at Moscow Vnukovo (VKO) Terminal A. According to atwonline.com, planned future locations include New York JFK, Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Frankfurt (FRA), and Milan (MXP).
This bodes well for Star Alliance and we can’t help but to get excited to visit the new lounges as soon as possible. Turkish Airlines’ flagship lounge in Istanbul has drawn raves from travelers for its innovative, creative and elegant design and wide-range of services.
